The Spiral of D

Cry,
and think
how there's noone
to stop your crying,
but if there is, think
why're they not pained
when you cry like this,
but if they are, think
why are they not
pained enough
when you are,
and cry.

    And then,

    Stop.
    Not because your tears have dried away.
    Not because the reason for those tears is lost.
    Not because they are alone in their misery.
    But only because you have lost the will...
    even to Cry.
